Ashley L. Rose, Esq.

Ashley L. Rose, Esq. has over eight years of experience in Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Law as a paralegal and as an attorney. Mrs. Rose concentrates her practice in the areas of Bankruptcy, Bankruptcy Litigation, Creditor’s Rights and General Foreclosure Practice. Prior to returning to Stern, Lavinthal & Frankenberg, LLC, Mrs. Rose was the Supervising Attorney for the New Jersey office of a medium-sized foreclosure firm in Bergen County. In that capacity, she was responsible for reviewing pleadings in all aspects of the foreclosure process, as well as all New Jersey Bankruptcy matters. Mrs. Rose has worked in the Foreclosure Review Department of a major national bank. Mrs. Rose also worked as the senior paralegal in a boutique bankruptcy firm, where she concentrated her practice on Consumer Bankruptcy Proceedings and Consumer Rights. Mrs. Rose has experience successfully representing Creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 cases, and Foreclosure proceedings, including Litigation, assisting clients in preserving and/or repossessing their collateral. While in law school Mrs. Rose interned in the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey for the Honorable Morris Stern, U.S.B.J., and in the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Honorable Joseph V. Isabella, J.S.C. and the Honorable Sallyanne Floria, P.J.S.C.
