Jessica A. Berry, Esq.

Jessica A. Berry has over 11 years of experience in the areas of creditor’s rights and foreclosure and gained valuable expertise litigating cases involving TILA, RESPA, Consumer Fraud Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act issues. Prior to attending law school she was a legal assistant at New Jersey’s largest collection firm and after graduating from law school, was a law clerk in the litigation department at a large foreclosure firm in Ohio. Before joining Stern, Lavinthal & Frankenberg, LLC, she was a litigation attorney in the area of New Jersey foreclosures. Ms. Berry’s approach to plaintiff’s foreclosure litigation is a balance between zealous advocacy for her clients and healthy compassion for those in foreclosure. Whenever possible, Ms. Berry’s goal is to facilitate alternatives to foreclosure, such as loan modifications or graceful exits.
