Jeanette F. Frankenberg, Esq.
Jeanette
F. Frankenberg’s areas of expertise include Creditor’s
Rights, Foreclosure Law, Commercial Transactions,
Commercial Law and REO. As the Managing Member of the
Firm she is uniquely suited for the economic challenges
of the current times. Twenty years ago, as outside
counsel to the FDIC, Ms. Frankenberg was instrumental in
the disposition of significant bank owned assets
throughout the State of New Jersey during the savings
and loan crisis. The reputation she earned as counsel to
the FDIC led to her representation of banking
institutions and quasi-governmental agencies in the
disposition of bank/agency owned assets throughout the
State of New Jersey.
Her hands-on enthusiastic style coupled with her
business savvy enabled her to create one of New Jersey’s
original full banking service law firms owned by a
woman. Ms. Frankenberg has direct oversight for all
foreclosure, REO and related work. All client inquiries
and problems are directed to her so that the
personalized service on which the Firm prides itself is
always maintained.
