Micah C. Pakay, Esq.

Micah C. Pakay is a recent addition to Stern, Lavinthal & Frankenberg, LLC. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pakay worked in the New Jersey Superior Court Clerk’s Office processing foreclosures. While working in the Superior Court, he gained extensive knowledge of New Jersey Court Rules and procedures related to foreclosures. He channels this extensive knowledge to assist clients in obtaining the quickest and most beneficial resolutions to their issues. Mr. Pakay’s background also includes working at a law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation, where he gained experience in motion practice. Mr. Pakay combines this experience in motion practice with his familiarity with Foreclosure Court Rules to achieve the most advantageous outcomes for clients.
