Mark Winter
Mark S. Winter has been practicing law for over eighteen years and is a valued member of the firm’s team for over eleven years. His areas of expertise include Commercial Litigation, Zoning and Land Use, Employment, and Environmental Law. He has extensive experience in foreclosure litigation and land use matters including litigating contested commercial and residential foreclosures. Mr. Winter also handles condemnation matters related to foreclosed property and litigates complex environmental and commercial matters. During the course of his career at SL&F, Mr. Winter has had the opportunity to litigate sophisticated cases involving TILA and RESPA issues, as well as matters implicated in allegations of lack of standing and holder in due course.

Mr. Winter is cognizant of the cost of litigation, and employs, whenever possible, motion practice, loss mitigation and dispute resolution alternatives to trial. Mr. Winter is a Senior Associate and the Director of Litigation and Land Use matters. In this supervisory role he is uniquely positioned to ensure that the most efficient use of resources is employed in a litigated matter. His years of experience and knowledge of the Rules of Court, both State and Federal, render him a trusted resource for other attorneys.
