Vincent Riciglio

Vincent G. Ricigliano, Jr. joined Stern, Lavinthal & Frankenberg, LLC, in 2008 bringing with him over 21 years of extensive experience in General Civil Practice with an emphasis on Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy. A former Assistant Prosecutor in Essex County, N.J., his experience in litigation has enhanced his ability to glean information during the discovery process, thus providing his clients with a thorough analysis of the facts, and therefore the ability to make an informed decision on strategy. His areas of expertise include Contested Foreclosures, including pre-foreclosure requirements and compliance with the Fair Foreclosure Act. He handles matters involving RESPA, TILA and standing issues, the latter of which is currently at the forefront of controversy in New Jersey courts. He has also litigated matters in which Title Insurance coverage is an issue.
