Charles A. Gioino brings to the firm over 21 years of foreclosure experience. He has extensive knowledge of New Jersey foreclosure laws and regulations, as well as of mortgage loan workout options including loan modifications, forbearance agreements, short sales, and deed in lieu procedures. Mr. Gioino’s in depth knowledge of commercial real estate, title insurance and previous supervisory responsibilities in creditor’s rights departments specializing in foreclosures, bankruptcies, REOs and real estate litigation makes him an asset to the firm’s foreclosure practice.
