Fei F. Lam, Partner, has been a valued member of the SL&F team for 23 years. Ms. Lam is responsible for the day to day operations of the default process and specializes in an array of post-sale matters, including, but not limited to, management of the firms REO inventory and timelines. Her extensive experience includes the review of files for recommendation to clients regarding Rent Receiverships, Vacant Properties, DIL options, Title Claims and Title Curative considerations, handling Landlord-Tenant/Mortgagor Evictions and enforcing judgments of possession in favor of the mortgagee. Ms. Lam oversees the Consumer and Commercial Loan Review Origination practice group at the firm. Her experience in complex Commercial Financing includes representation of lending institutions in mezzanine financing, participation loans, and Small Business Association (SBA) loans.
