Fei LamFei F. Lam has been a valued member of the Firm’s team for 15 years. Her areas of expertise include Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Foreclosure Law, Bankruptcy, Civil Litigation, Landlord-Tenant, Transactional, and Business/Corporate Law. She has extensive experience in managing REO Practice, reviewing files for recommendation to clients regarding rent receiverships and oversight receiverships, handling Landlord Tenant actions, and enforcing judgment of possession in favor of the mortgagee. Ms. Lam is also responsible for reviewing loan documents and status of title in reference to consumer and commercial loan closings.
