Ms. Drohan’s area of focus is Foreclosure Mediation, Landlord Tenant Court, Municipal Court, Vacant and Abandoned Property and Motion Practice. Ms. Drohan’s previous work experience in the area of Creditor’s Rights has provided her extensive knowledge of FDCPA rules and regulations. Ms. Drohan is well versed in Estate Planning. She has handled cases from inception at initial client consultations, to handling Wills, Revocable Living Trusts and Power of Attorney signings. Ms. Drohan’s background also includes real estate closings and a completed internship with New Jersey’s 21st Legislative District Office during Senator Tom Kean, Jr.’s Campaign in 2006 for Senate.
