Laura A. Scurko, Esq.
Supervising Attorney
Laura Scurko has been a member of the Bar since 1985, and valued member of the Firm’s team since 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Scurko had 12 years of experience in insurance defense and general litigation. This laid a solid foundation upon which to build her knowledge of Creditor’s Rights, Foreclosure Law and Real Estate/Real Property. She has extensive experience handling contested foreclosures and title claims including claims of identity theft and priority disputes among lien holders. She is a supervising attorney for the contested foreclosure team, and regularly advises clients regarding the impact of Rules and statutes on the practice of foreclosure law.
