Monika Pundalik, Esq., has over 20 years of legal experience as a New Jersey attorney, with a background in Commercial and Foreclosure litigation. Ms. Pundalik practiced Commercial, Construction and Surety law representing various insurance companies during her initial years practicing law. She has extensive experience handling contested foreclosure matters in NJ Chancery Court, from Complaint to Sheriff Sale, including significant motion practice. Her previous foreclosure experience includes serving as a Litigation Manager and ensuring all contested matters moved forward expeditiously. She also served as In-House Counsel to a Reverse Mortgage Company, handling oversight of legal matters including origination, servicing, litigation and regulatory matters ensuring compliance with requirements of Federal Agencies, such as the Department of Housing and Urban Development. She has served as a Law Clerk to Superior Court Judge William R. DeLorenzo Jr., in the Civil Division of Bergen County and also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable William C. Carpenter Jr., in the Superior Court of Delaware.
