Rima Zaman, Esq. has been practicing law for over 15 years and has over 10 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Foreclosure litigation in New York and New Jersey. She also has experience in the areas on Landlord-Tenant, Municipal Violations, and Collections. Ms. Zaman has extensive knowledge of Creditors’ Rights law, including New York and New Jersey Foreclosure Laws and Regulations, as well as Mortgage Loan Workout options including Loan Modifications, Forbearance Agreements, Short Sales, and Deed in Lieu procedures. She has also been published in the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law, Spring 2010 edition.
