Ms. Zaman has extensive knowledge of Creditors’ Rights law, including New York and New Jersey Foreclosure Laws and Regulations, as well as Mortgage Loan Workout options including Loan Modifications, Forbearance Agreements, Short Sales, and Deed in Lieu procedures.
